Hot 8 Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class with free weights added for increased muscle endurance. This power-up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as a personal guide to deepening your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting.
In this training you will learn:
- Asana (postures) through the lens of foundational anatomy
- 8 Limbs of Yoga
- Benefits of adding weight training, cardio, and intense core work to a yoga practice
- Creating renewed energy, mental focus, and increased endurance
- Learn how to inspire, motivate, and empower yourself and others
You will learn the complete Sculpt sequence, led by senior teacher, Deanna Ainsworth. This is an online course that is available to you for 3 months.
