Join us for Yoga Barre Teacher Training! Whether you’re aspiring to teach, already an experienced instructor, or simply looking to deepen your practice, this training will empower you to take your skills to the next level.
Hot 8 Yoga Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and low-impact cardio designed to sculpt a long, lean physique. The class combines intense strengthening postures at the barre that target the legs and abdominals with yoga postures on the mat that help release and lengthen the body. This cardiovascular program blends isometric exercises with orthopedic stretches, offering a full-body workout that tones your glutes, core, thighs, and arms.
Yoga Barre will also enhance your posture and help create a sculpted, toned physique. Using your own body weight for resistance, you’ll target and overload muscles to the point of fatigue, followed by deep stretches through our yoga series to release tension and promote flexibility.
