Hot 8 Yoga Mentorship Program

Ready to take the next step in your teaching journey? Our 4-week Mentorship Program is designed to refine your skills, strengthen your confidence, and prepare you to lead impactful, inspiring classes.

Throughout the program, you will learn:

• Advanced cueing, including refinement cues and teaching to different bodies
• Yoga Barre & Yoga Sculpt: musicality, voice, and vocal coaching
• Power & Yin: sequencing and Elev8 cueing
• Hot Power Fusion: benefits, playlist building, and Elev8 cueing
• How to build an engaging class that retains students
• How to confidently teach both new students and experienced practitioners
• Professional teaching skills, class presence, and leadership

The program includes four Sunday lectures featuring hands-on workshops and practice teaching, along with three full community classes where you will teach students and receive personalized feedback from mentors.

Program Dates: October 10 – November 6, 2026

• Sunday 10/11/26   Lecture + Practice teach (4 hours)

• Sunday 10/18/26  Lecture + Practice teach (4 hours)

• Sunday 10/25/26  Lecture + Practice teach (4 hours)

• Sunday 11/1/26 Lecture + Practice teach (4 hours)

• 3 Community classes are scheduled Tuesday-Saturday midday.

Investment: $500 (Affirm financing available for those who qualify)

Audition Outcomes

Hired: Ready to begin subbing or teaching permanent classes.

Continue Developing: Receive individualized feedback, continue practicing, and return to audition in 90 days.
