Yin Yoga is a practice to create equilibrium and open the body through supported postures. These long-hold postures with deep breathing are a doorway to stillness, insights and repair.

In this 4 week training we will cover the purpose of Yin Yoga and how it can be an indispensable tool for balancing a busy life. This training is designed for Yoga Teachers and students to deepen your knowledge of Yin Yoga.

We will study the fundamental Yin Yoga Postures and targeted benefits.

Learn Basic Teaching Tools on how to sequence and teach Yin Yoga.

Deepen your awareness with basic Anatomy, Kleshas, Koshas, Meridians and Chakras.
