Hot 8 Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class with free weights added for increased muscle endurance. This power-up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as a personal guide to deepening your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting.
In this training you will:
Learn the Hot8 Yoga Sculpt sequence and how to vary the levels of cardio, core work, and intensity
Delve into the 8 Limbs of Yoga
